    The East Chamber training center Organize starting from Saturday (14 June 2014) for a six-day training program (project management Professional PMP) program is aimed at one of the main requirements of the project management Institute PMI) deep study of the Guide knowledge of project management, including practice time and financial planning, project monitoring and control, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the coverage of all topics for project management, including different ways of selecting projects, and how to set up, and determine their own business and teams, as well as Types of contracts and mechanisms and supervision of contracts and receipts, plus cover all the basic requirements for admission to the global PMP test. The beneficiaries of this program to be held at the headquarters of the Eastern Province Chamber branch Jubail from project managers, general managers, decision makers, both related to project management and related including engineers in various disciplines and consultants and specialists in the administrative field, the program also benefits from anyone who wishes to enter the exam The (PMP), seeks to develop and improve the skills profile and deals with the program in the evening (5 p.m.) in which several topics including (what is a project, and the difference between projects and operations, program management and portfolio investment, the life cycle of the project, project stakeholders, key stages of a project which include:(begin, planning, implementation, follow-up and monitoring, closure), organizational structures and the validity of the project manager in each form, the phases of project management and how to create a birthday project.  The program also addresses the issue of project integration management, which includes the establishment of the project document, the plan of ' creation, implementation and management of project, project supervision, follow-up and monitoring and the complementarity of changes, and termination of the project and program management examines the scope of the project, which means verifying the scope by pooling needs, create WBS and defining and tuning range.
    The program focus on (project schedule) which includes both the identification of activities, sequencing, and estimating activity resources, estimate timelines and schedule and monitor. The program also addresses cost management and cost management plan include the costing and budgeting, and cost control.
